Directions
From Kells, travel out the M3 Cavan Road. Continue to the end of the motorway which leads directly onto the N3 Cavan Road. Turn left after Elliotts Construction and continue straight through the crossroads, passing The Forge Restaurant on your right hand side (13.8km, 14 mins.). From The Forge Restaurant, continue straight through the crossroads. Turn right at the t-junction following the sign for Ballinlough, veer left at the next junction (area known as Kingsmountain). Continue straight, the road swings round to the left and turn immediately right for Oldcastle. The shed and the cottage can be seen from the road on the left. See sign.
